I consider myself an old soul who is young at heart. I am passionate about living life to its fullest potential.  My interests range from love of the arts, music, movies, travel, humanitarian, and animal welfare causes. 

My career has been as diverse as my interests.  I have my MBA and worked in the areas of sales management, information technology recruiting, and marketing.  

Although my past choices were all interesting and rewarding in their own right, my passion lies in helping people on a deeper level.  As a result, I began my journey towards a second career after I left the business world and have absolutely no regrets. I pride myself in being a Certified Professional Life Coach.  I am very dedicated to the work that I do with my clients.   

My practice is very rewarding and I have seen the power of coaching and what it can do for your life.  With me you get a person that prides herself in giving support, empathy, motivation, dedication, and empowerment.  

I have been where you are when it comes to fear, doubt, questioning, loss, feeling ill, and overly exhausted.  I know what it took for me to turn my destiny around full circle and that is determination, spirituality, faith, belief, love, and the support of family, friends, doctors, and a great coach.

So, I leave you with this message and that is that as your Life Coach, I will be there for you and together we will get you moving towards the life that you want and deserve.
