What is KISMET? It means FATE and or DESTINY. If you're stuck I help you look at what you need to do that will get you moving forward. I use various techniques that allow room to define what your destiny can be. Coaching is fundamentally always about what the client wants to gain in their life due to an innate seeking of something more. For those that are already on the path to designing their destiny in a positive way, COACHING acts like a finely tuned life tool that will enable them to go ahead and live a fulfilled life.
As a LIFE COACH the two things that I've noticed fundamentally that my clients deal with are things that hinder and those that empower them. I get them to discover the two and what it means for them. I do not give clients a diagnosis of what brought them to this area of their lives. What I do however, is get them to look at why, what, how, they are going to achieve the things they are seeking. This is done in the utmost SAFEST, NON-JUDGMENTAL, and LIGHTEST way possible.
I specialize in SELF-EMPOWERMENT, RELATIONSHIP, TRANSITIONAL, and day to day issues-hence life. Along with this, I incorporate SPIRITUALITY into the session whenever possible. This can be anything from MEDITATION, VISUALIZATION, and ROLE PLAYING.
Life is serious and complicated at times so why not choose me as your coach where I create sessions that are packed with lightness, humor, and celebration. That does not mean that you will not be doing work because trust me, you will. Just as an athlete has a coach that motivates them to get to the next level by bringing out their potential, I too will do this for you as my client. You choose me to be YOUR MIRROR, YOUR SOUNDING BOARD, YOUR GREATEST LISTENER, and SUPPORTER.
Remember, you are not coming to me for therapy, mentoring, consulting, and especially mothering. There are no GUARANTEES or PROMISES that come from the work that I do with you because you are the one that has to do it. Coaching is surely not about quick fixes, it will take time.
